The Sioux Falls Arena box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm with extended hours on event days.

The box office is located on the first floor of the arena facing the Canaries Stadium. Seating is available for wheelchair users. Click here to view seating charts for upcoming events.

GENERAL CONCERT, SPORTS AND SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS

are available at the box office and all Ticketmaster locations. For information regarding group rates call 605.367.7288. Purchases can also be made online at Ticketmaster.com or charge by phone 605.334.8181. Call the Box Office directly at 605.367.8460 (for information only, no ticket sales).

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

The Box Office accepts Cash, Checks (up to 10 business days prior to the event), MasterCard, and Visa. Photo ID required.

STURDEVANTS PICKUP WINDOW (WILL CALL)

Customers can pick up their tickets at the Sturdevants Pickup Window (located at the Arena Box Office) beginning one hour prior to the event and you must present a photo ID, the confirmation number and the credit card used to place the order. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided - this is to ensure tickets are given to appropriate person.

There is no alternate pick-up at this venue. You must have the credit card in order to receive will call tickets.

GENERAL RULES

Generally, still cameras are allowed but video cameras are not. All recording devices are forbidden as are any glass bottles or containers.
