The Sioux Falls Arena box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm with extended hours on event days.

The box office is located on the first floor of the arena facing the Canaries Stadium. Seating is available for wheelchair users. Click here to view seating charts for upcoming events.

GENERAL CONCERT, SPORTS AND SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS

Buyer Beware - Important Information Regarding Purchasing Tickets

The Sioux Falls Arena utilizes Ticketmaster as the official ticketing company for events at the Sioux Falls Arena. Tickets may be purchased at the Arena Box Office, online at ticketmaster.com or charge by phone 1-800-745-3000.  Please be advised that any other ticketing website is not an authorized seller of tickets for events at the Sioux Falls Arena. Purchasing tickets outside of Ticketmaster and the Sioux Falls Arena may result in fraudulent tickets, or tickets that cannot be used for entry. ALWAYS purchase your tickets from a reputable ticketing company. Many "secondary" ticket companies or "brokers" lead you to believe that they are the official site for purchasing tickets.

TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

The Box Office accepts Cash, Checks (up to 10 business days prior to the event), MasterCard, Visa and (as of November 15, 2010) Discover. Photo ID required.

WILL CALL

Customers can pick up their tickets at the Will Call window (located at the Arena Box Office) beginning one hour prior to the event and you must present a photo ID, the confirmation number and the credit card used to place the order if purchased through Ticketmaster. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided - this is to ensure tickets are given to appropriate person.

GENERAL RULES

Generally, non-professional, still cameras are allowed but video cameras are not. All recording devices are forbidden as are any glass bottles or containers.
